This is the first of 12 courses in a training program for Home Health Aides.   

It introduces the role of Home Health Aide and how to become one in NY State.

The organization wants to create a 12-course e-learning training program that will prepare their HHAs (Home Health Aides) for NY State CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) Certification.

The organization requested accompanying infographics and job aids that will support the learning experience for their HHAs.  

In the first module, learners will have the opportunity to not only learn the role of a Home Health Aide, but will learn the roles and responsibilities of an HHA to the client and to the agency.
