Summary
This is the first of four modules in an onboarding training program for new leaders at a community non-profit.
It is an introduction to the organization's mission, core values, and leadership philosophy.
Challenge
Challenge
The organization wanted a visual illustration/representation of their two leadership coaches Samira and Justin that can be used in all of their future leadership trainings.
In addition to the use of illustrated characters, the organization requested accompanying infographics and job aids that will support the learning experience for their new hires.
Results
Results
In the first module, learners will have the opportunity to not only learn the mission and values of the organization, but will begin to practice applying the values to specific leadership scenarios.
Please Note: In an effort to protect the privacy and intellectual property of the volunteer client, I replaced the identifying training elements of the organization with open-source training content from the Articulate Content Library so that I could use the training for my portfolio. In addition, the content library was used to help maintain the cohesion of the training to better explain my design process and thinking.
