This infographic was created to accompany the first module of an onboarding program for new managers at a Non-Profit.

It contains a visual representation of the company's Mission and Core Values.

I was challenged to design an infographic that will be posted in every Manager's office.

The poster will be used to reinforce the importance of being an organization where mission and vision drive not only daily work culture but every business decision that is made.

The completed design followed the company's style guide and design requirements.

Each manager can access the infographic via digital copy or as a printed poster.
