This Job Aid was created as a complement to the "Mind the Gap" Instructor-Led Training. It provides a visual representation of the "Mind The Gap Diagnosis Framework" that is introduced in Module 1 of the training.
The creation of a Job Aid was requested to be included as a resource for managers to use as they work through the "Mind the Gap Diagnosis Framework".
The resulting Job Aid was included in both the print and digital copies of the Participant Guide and saved on the central server for future reference.
