Learner Personas were created during the ADDIE Process (Analysis Phase) to provide clarity on who the training is being designed for.

As part of the Design process, I conducted a Needs Analysis which included the development of two Learner Personas to provide clarity in the design process.

The initial kick-off meeting resulted in the creation of two Learner Personas. A design template was adapted to reflect personal design choices and the style requirements from the organization.

The Learner Personas were reviewed by the SMEs and other stakeholders during the Analysis Process.
